Terms and Conditions for Walking Tours Valencia

Thank you for booking our free walking tour in Valencia! We are excited to show you the city's hidden gems, its rich history, and its vibrant culture. By booking and participating in this tour, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Tour Participation

  • By joining Walking Tours Valencia, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.

  • The tour operator or guide is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during the tour.

  • You must be able to walk comfortably for the duration of the tour. If you have any mobility concerns, please notify the guide in advance.

2. Booking and Cancellations

  • Advance Booking Required: This tour is free of charge, but advance booking is required to reserve your spot.

  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or change your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours before the tour. This helps us accommodate others who may be on a waiting list.

  • No-Shows & Late Arrivals: If you do not show up for the tour or arrive late, we may not be able to accommodate you, and you forfeit your spot on the tour.

3. Age Restrictions and Children

  • Minimum Age: Participants must be at least 8 years old to join the tour.

  • Children Under 18: All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the tour. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring the safety and supervision of their children throughout the entire tour.

  • Strollers: We recommend using compact strollers for children, as some streets and paths may be narrow.

4. Pets

  • Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the walking tour due to the nature of the route, potential disruptions to other participants, and the crowded urban areas.

5. Group Behavior

  • To ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience, we ask that all participants respect the tour guide and fellow tourists.

  • Disruptive behavior (including but not limited to loud or inappropriate conduct) will not be tolerated. In such cases, the guide may ask the participant to leave the tour.

  • Please remain with the group during the entire tour.

6. Photography and Media

  • By joining this tour, you consent to having your photo, video, or likeness captured during the tour.

  • These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, brochures, and advertisements.

  • If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify the guide at the start of the tour.

7. Weather and Conditions

  • The tour will proceed regardless of weather conditions (rain or shine). Please dress appropriately for the weather.

  • In the rare event of extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control, the tour may be canceled. In such cases, you will be notified via email or phone as early as possible.

8. Personal Data

  • When you book your tour, we will collect certain personal information (e.g., name, email) for the purpose of confirming your reservation and communicating with you about the tour.

  • Your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to fulfill the tour booking.

9. Liability Waiver

  • By participating in this tour, you agree to release the tour organizer and guides from any liability, claims, or damages arising from accidents, injuries, or losses during the tour.

  • Participants are responsible for their own belongings during the tour, and the tour organizer is not liable for any lost or damaged items.

10. Tour Details

  • Meeting Point:Will be specified over email at the moment of the booking.

  • Duration: The tour lasts approximately 2 hours.

  • Start Time: The tour will begin at the time specified over email at the moment of the booking. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check-in.

11. Changes to the Tour

  • The tour guide reserves the right to change the route, schedule, or stop locations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., closures, weather conditions).

  • You will be informed of any major changes before the tour begins.
